Fresh Baked Bread at Eataly
I’m an admitted “carbivore”. I LOVE bread. However, I try to keep my obsession on the healthy side by eating whole grain bread and avoiding the processed stuff whenever possible. In addition, I extremely dislike “wet bread” and as a result I rarely use mayo, butter, or other condiments that might turn the bread soggy. Instead, I prefer to eat fresh plain bread that’s soft on the inside and crusty on the outside.
The bread stand at Eataly is an absolute carbivore heaven. Its not huge but the array of rustic bread loaves and rolls is impressive. The market’s breads can be purchased to be taken home and are also used to hold in the sandwich-y goodness of Eataly’s focaccia, panini, and hand-carved sandwiches.
